Per AE Regulation Suppl.1 to AR 95-1, the minimum academic requirements for ALL U.S. Army Europe and Africa Aviators is the Aviators Orientation Course (AOC). It must be completed prior to conducting normal flight operations in the USAREUR-AF area of responsibility.
